As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll build the interfaces and infrastructure that make cutting-edge AI accessible to healthcare professionals. You'll craft experiences that hide massive complexity behind intuitive, blazing-fast applications that healthcare teams actually love using.
Key Responsibilities: ● Architect full-stack applications that seamlessly integrate with AI/ML services and handle PHI at scale ● Build real-time data pipelines connecting frontend experiences to vector databases and AI inference endpoints ● Create developer tools and APIs that make our AI capabilities accessible to internal and external teams, and integrate with data pipelines, vector/embedding databases, and AI services ● Design microservices that can handle millions of API calls while maintaining sub-100ms response times ● Own critical infrastructure decisions that will scale to support our next 100x growth
Qualifications: ● 5+ years building production web applications that scale ● Full-stack expertise with strong backend skills (Python, Go, or Node.js) ● Experience with event-driven architectures and real-time systems ● Track record of building secure, compliant applications (bonus: in regulated industries) ● Strong opinions about API design, loosely held ● Ability to context-switch between frontend polish and backend performance ● Proficiency with relational and/or NoSQL databases ● Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, or AI/ML APIs ● Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD practices
Bonus Points: ● Experience integrating ML models into production applications ●Healthcare tech experience (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA compliance) ● Experience with heterogeneous data sets ● Contributions to open source projects ● Experience with graph databases or visualization libraries ● You've built something that handled 10k+ RPS
