In this role, Huang will lead company-wide operations, execution, and customer experience as Cercle enters its next phase of growth.

Huang brings a rare blend of product leadership, customer success, and operational execution across high-growth environments spanning health technology, semiconductors, retail, and communications. She is known for building strong operating rhythms, driving cross-functional alignment, and translating strategy into clear priorities with measurable outcomes. Her approach closely connects customer insight to product direction, helping teams focus on what matters, strengthen adoption, and deliver results that scale.

Cercle leverages AI and biomedical data intelligence to turn complex healthcare data into actionable, real-time insights. While the platform was originally developed for fertility and women’s health, it is now expanding to support for broader range of women’s health and pharma use cases, enabling partners to improve decision-making and personalize care at scale.
